To ensure NovAtel can support its growing family of products effectively, products reaching the end of their lifecycle will be discontinued. Listed below are those products that have entered the end of life (EOL) phase. For products governed by standard service agreements, NovAtel will provide software support and repair services as long as replacement parts are available or until the end of service date. In cases where repair is not possible, NovAtel will attempt to offer a functionally equivalent replacement for purchase. After the end of service date, NovAtel will continue to offer service for as long as is feasible. All extended service agreements currently in effect will continue to be honored.
