Why Can't I disable RXSTATUSEVENTA permanently?

The RXSTATUSEVENT log is used to output event messages for fatal receiver errors. It is setup in the loglist by default in order to automatically log any fatal error messages should they occur. Therefore, resetting the system after unlogging the RXSTATUSEVENTs will re-add these logs to the log list. There is really no situation where it is advantageous to unlog the RXSTATUSEVENT logs, as they will lie dormant in the background (using no CPU cycles whatsoever) until an error event occurs, and could result in serious error conditions going unnoticed should they be temporarily disabled.
