Improving Static RTK Performance using RTKDYNAMICS

Availability: OEMV FW 3.210 or newer NovAtel GPS receivers are tuned for dynamic RTK (where the remote rover is moving) by default. It is possible to improve static RTK performance (where the remote rover is stationary) by using the RTKDYNAMICS command like this: RTKDYNAMICS STATIC Note: For reliable performance the GPS antenna should not move more than 1-2 cm when in STATIC mode.
