Collecting Data for Troubleshooting/Investigation

Sometimes GNSS issues can be intermittent or environmentally specific in nature. In these cases, the best course of action is to collect raw data for submission to NovAtel to enable further analysis of the reported problem.

Here is a list of standard troubleshooting messages that are usually required for in-depth analysis:
