SPAN® MEMS IMUs

A powerful solution for application developers who are looking for continuous position, velocity and attitude but are faced with weight, size and/or power constraints. Compact, light weight Micro Electromechanical Systems (MEMS) Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) options, provide a variety of price point and accuracy levels.

INS sensors are coupled with SPAN receivers via an interface card to support both power and communications. Designed as a board stack solution for ease of integration, the interface card can be directly connected to an OEM6 or OEM7 receiver, the optimal choice for size and weight constrained applications. SPAN MEMS IMUs are also available as fully enclosed systems with the IMU and the interface card integrated to simplify installation.
